Skepta Releases “Konnichiwa”

After a long wait, Skepta has now released his highly anticipated album, “Konnichiwa”, after doing a listening party in Tokyo yesterday.

While the album contains the already heard singles in “Shut Down,” “That’s Not Me,” “It Ain’t Safe,” “Ladies Hit Squad” and “Man”, Skepta enlists talent such as Pharrell Williams and A$AP Bari to feature on the seven unheard tracks.

Utilizing Boy Better Know (BBK), Skepta’s own group, as well as BBK member Wiley on various tracks, Skepta utilizes both American and British talent to truly show his multicultural approach to his music, having also recently made himself affiliated with Octobers Very Own (OVO) and Drake.
