Phife Dawg Dies at Age of 45

Founder of A Tribe Called Quest, Phife Dawg, has died at the age of 45 from unknown causes. 

Phife Dawg, real name Malik Taylor, was one of the original members of the illustrious hip-hop group as he appeared on each of the groups five studio albums, cultivating hits such as ‘Can I Kick It’.

While the cause of death has yet to be announced or confirmed, Phife Dawg struggled with Type 1 diabetes while also having to undergo a kidney transplant in 2008.
