The Adidas Ultra Boost sneaker has had an incredible rise to celebrity status since it first released last February.
Since then we have seen collaborations with the likes of Wood Wood, Sneakersnstuff and Hypebeast, alongside a co-sign from Kanye West, gaining the sneaker mainstream attention. But this week we have been hit with three new Ultra Boost Models. You can check them all out below.
Solebox x Adidas Ultra Boost Uncaged
This is the latest collaboration for the Ultra Boost and what a sleek one it is. If you aren’t familiar with Solebox, they are a Berlin based sneaker store, so a pretty logical choice for an Adidas collaboration.
The sneaker is inspired by Berlin’s coat of arms, so it gets a grey uncaged knit upper, with suede detailing on the tongue and heelcup. It is finished off with a white midsole, red outsole and subtle Solebox branding. Solebox have even unveiled that it will ship in a limited edition box with two colours of laces.
The Solebox x adidas Consortium Ultra Boost will release on March 12 in-store and online at Solebox. It will then hit Consortium stores worldwide on March 26.
Adidas Ultra Boost Uncaged ‘Triple White’
It looks like we are finally going to get an Adidas only version of the Ultra Boost Uncaged. This tonal sneaker has a Primeknit upper and Boost midsole as is typical for the Ultra Boost. There is very little branding on the sneaker which makes the sneaker even more tame and clean. The collar has an NMD-like opening and the Primeknit has that same line pattern as the NMD so it is clear that this sneaker took a couple of design cues from the NMD.
For now, there is no release date for this sneaker. Stay tuned for more information.
Adidas Ultra Boost ‘Triple Black’
This is a sneaker that we have all been waiting for. Although we have seen other photos of Adidas sneakers with black Boost, this is the first Ultra Boost with black Boost and it looks amazing. This sneaker is the classic Ultra Boost with murdered-out black everything; laces, cage, Primeknit, midsole and outsole. It will be a huge fan favorite with its super clean design and the fact it is the first Ultra Boost of its kind.
Like the Uncaged ‘Triple White’, there is no release date for this sneaker. Stay tuned for more information.
